The Townhouse Project

THE TOWNHOUSE PROJECT

This Townhouse Project was a great project to be a part of.  Having undergone a complete renovation, the funky interiors complimented the lighting choices perfectly.

We handled all lighting and electrical work for the client in order to provide a smooth service. Our electrical contractor partners dealt with all electrical work for the renovation and our Lighting Design service ensured that the various areas had flexibility in their lighting uses to create the perfect ambience whilst providing adequate task lighting too.

THE ENTRANCE HALL

To make a statement in the Entrance Hall, the Karl 5 Light Cognac Glass Pendant was used. The amber glass, paired with a warm white light bulb, created a warm and welcoming ambience as you enter.

THE KITCHEN

To create a feature over the island, we used three simple copper pendants and unique large LED Filament Light Bulbs to create a softer option to light the kitchen whilst hosting parties. This choice of light did not obstruct from the views through to the garden helping to maximise the open plan feel of the space.

THE MASTER BEDROOM

To highlight the staircase within the master bedroom, the Conical 3 Light Smoked Glass Round Pendant was used to create a feature above. Alongside this, the Conical 5 Light Smoked Glass Semi-Flush Ceiling Light was also used above the bed to create a connection with the staircase fitting.

THE BATHROOM

This unique IP44 Rated Pendant is the perfect contrast to the stunning black tiles within the bathroom. This dramatic pendant allows you to make a statement within a bathroom whilst also ensuring that safety requirements are also followed.

THE TERRACE

The use of simple Can Lights provides an architectural lighting style that creates an effective light effect that prevents bright glaring lights from distracting the view. The wash of light provided by the cans highlights the wooden cladding too.
